In line with our commitment to enhancing human resource competencies in this sector, GTI conducts First training for Radioactive Source Security Officers (RSSO) from October 14th to 18th, 2024. This training is followed by a certification exam conducted by the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN) on October 21, 2024. During this inaugural RSSO training, we proudly present speakers from abroad who possess high competence in the field of Radioactive Safety and Security. Therefore, we hope to make a significant contribution to improving safety and security standards across all areas that utilize radioactive materials, as well as to support the government’s efforts in safeguarding public safety and the environment.
Currently, GTI has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) for the utilization of the Research Infrastructure of Laboratory for Physical Protection at Building Number 93 to provide training services for Radioactive Source Security Officers (PKZR).
